Event Complete Founder and CEO Michelle Patterson, has been the visionary behind the Taste of Ladera for the past five years. Since the inception of Event Complete, Michelle has created many other successful events.  
Michelle’s passion for helping others led her to create the Taste of Ladera where local restaurants and businesses combine efforts to fundraise for non-profits organizations. The Taste of Ladera held every May, has spun into South Orange County’s biggest party, celebrating local cuisine and music, attracting well over 30,000 attendees. The Taste of Ladera has also raised more than $300,000 for charity and has been featured in such news outlets as THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, THE LADERA TIMES, COAST MAGAZINE, AND OC METRO.
From her days as student body president organizing the University Speaker series hosting the President of the United States to creating and southern California music and food festival for 25,000 people, events have been Michelle’s passion. As they say, do what you love…

Sue Shaver is the Director of Operations for Event Complete. She is an event creator/producer specializing in operational excellence. Her attention to detail has ensured the success of scores of events. For the past four years Sue has led a team that successfully put on over 20 annual events for the community of Ladera Ranch, varying in size from 200 attendees to 15,000. She also worked closely with the Taste of Ladera organization on three successive events. Her corporate event background includes two years as the Executive Travel Manager for the Department Store Division of Dayton Hudson Corp. (now target Corp.), negotiating air, hotel, and car rental contracts for the employee business travelers as well as coordinating many corporate-wide meetings. She was a member of the Minnesota Corporate Travel Association (MCTA) and co-wrote the monthly MCTA newsletter. While a playing member of the St. Paul Civic Symphony, Sue coordinated the (very detail-laden) travel arrangements for the 75 member orchestra’s trip to Japan. No detail is too small or challenge too big when executing the perfect event.

Sonia has worked with Michelle Patterson as part of the Event Complete team for four years as the office manager and bookkeeper. Her fourteen years experience at various financial institutions has served her well. In her expanded role on the Event Complete team, Sonia works with merchants, vendors, clients and suppliers handling all aspects of customer service and relationship management.

Brad Montgomery

Brad is a young distinguished businessman, working as Marketing Coordinator and the Executive Assistant to CEO, Michelle Patterson at EventComplete. The business world is all about whom you know and his contacts range from government officials to top-level executives of Fortune 100 companies. After starting his first company at 16, Brad continues to expand his knowledge and explore his options along with familiarizing himself with the corporate ladder.
